5 YEAR Warranty – applies to parts and fabric
MCP New Zealand Limited (The Company) liability will extend only to repair or replacement of goods under warranty and will not extend to any consequential damages and or losses. The Company will not accept liability where, in The Company’s opinion, the product has been misused in any way. Any repair work carried out during the warranty period must be undertaken by The Company or one of its duly authorised Distributors/Agents.
The Company’s liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of such goods and shall not extend to any consequential damages or losses. The Company will not accept liability where, in the opinion of The Company, the product has been abused, misused (or used incorrectly). Fair wear and tear is likewise excluded from this warranty as is Natural Disasters, Fire, Vandalism and Human or other interference with the product.
